Shacks of California

I have decided to check out the housing market here in California. I am considering on buying something in the area, but I under-estimated what was out there in the market. I looked at this shack, which was priced at $965K in midtown Palo Alto. It was unbelievable, the place didn't even have insulation. The lot size was less than .25 acres.

The sad part is that the housing market shows no signs of slowing.
